GNGW vs JNB Dream11 Prediction

GNGW vs JNB Dream11 Prediction

In this post, we cover the GNGW vs JNB Dream11 Team Prediction. Gangwon’s opening rounds of the 2020 K-League 1 (KL1) season have yielded mixed results (W1, D1, L1), each of which saw exactly one first-half goal (HT: W1, L2). Notably, Gangwon has failed to win any of the last four games to see them score first (D3, L1). Despite their poor return of late, Gangwon has lost just two of their last 13 at home (W8, D3, L2) whilst scoring 2+ goals in 11 of those games (2.46 scored per-match). Furthermore, eight of Gangwon’s last nine home goals scored came after half-time. Jeonbuk Motors have enjoyed a perfect KL1 start, winning all games after scoring the opener. Notably, five of six total goals came beyond half-time. Furthermore, the final goal of the game came beyond the 80th minute in two, both of which were decisive to the result. The visitors have lost just one of their last 19 away league games (W11, D7, L1) whilst five of the last six such games saw under 2.5 total goals. Moreover, Jeonbuk has dropped just two of the last 24 available points when leading at half-time away from home (W7, D1).

Players to watch:
  • Kim Seung-Dae has been involved in three of Gangwon’s four 2020 KL1 goals (one goal, two assists) since his recent move from Jeonbuk.
  • Jeonbuk striker Lars Veldwijk scored on his club debut. In turn, a 60% majority (three) of his last five goals have been the last in games producing over 2.5 goals.
Stat attack:
  • Two-thirds (six) of Gangwon’s nine points earned across the last 12 rounds came from losing positions.
  • Jeonbuk coach José Morais has lost just one (W2, D1) of his four prior H2Hs with Byung-su Kim’s Gangwon, with 3.25 total goals per-match.
  • Games involving Jeonbuk have produced three red cards (total) in as many games this season (two by way of a second yellow card).

  • Torpedo-BelAZ Zhodino’s loss last game made it two league defeats this season (W5, D3) and means that each of their last three losses in all competitions came via a two-goal margin, with two of them standing level at half-time. On the flip side, their previous three league victories saw them win by at least two goals, scoring after the 60th minute in all three.
  • Notably, Zhodino is one of only two Vysshava Liga clubs yet to taste a home league defeat (W3, D1). A big reason for this is their return of three clean sheets across those encounters, as well as ending strongly, with five of the six goals scored arriving after half-time.
  • Smolevichi is still to earn a league win in the current campaign (D4, L5). With just six goals, they are the lowest scorers in the division but recently scored three in a league clash for the first time since October 2019.
  • The visitors have avoided defeat in three of their four away league fixtures (D3) however, and not conceded over 1.5 goals in any. Three of them were level at half-time, suggesting that Smolevichi may deploy defensive tactics. All four fixtures also featured under 2.5 goals and produced an average of 1.25 goals per game.
Players to watch:

  • Andrey Khachaturyan has scored the first or last goal in Zhodino’s last two home league wins, with both strikes coming in the second half of play.
  • Smolevichi striker Evgeni Barsukov has scored nine of his 17 league goals for the club in away fixtures, with the last being a 90th-minute penalty struck when drawing at Belshina.
Stat attack:

  • Zhodino has won all three H2H meetings across all competitions, scoring the first goal and also a second-half goal each time.
  • Zhodino is one of just four teams in the league yet to receive a red card this season.
  • Smolevichi has scored just one first-half league goal; the lowest such tally in the league.
